Massage

Massage is a type of holistic health care treatment that has been in use for hundreds, even thousands of years by cultures around the world to treat a variety of ailments. Sure, it will make you feel good - but did you know that it has concrete and proven health benefits as well? And the benefits increase over time with continued treatments. As reported in numerous academic journals, regular massage treatments have been proven to decrease back pain, reduce headaches and lower levels of stress - even after just one session. Massage stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, allowing your body to release toxins more quickly. Massage helps your body regenerate and heal. Massage also helps improve your flexibility and range of motion -athletes know that regular massage treatments help them perform at their peak.

You'll find our facility welcoming and comfortable. We know that a massage is an intimate personal experience. Our licensed massage therapist (LMT) will take the time to personalize your treatment, addressing your needs and concerns. Whether you have a sports injury injury back pain or are simply tense at the end of the day, professional massage treatments are an excellent part of an overall wellness plan.

Functional Exercises

We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem and improve overall function. These exercises can be performed in our office or in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

Athletic taping certifiedAthletic Taping

Dr. Harrison is a certified Rock Doc which means that he has been trained and uses the most advanced athletic taping methods to help athletes and patiens not only recover from injury, but also improve athletic performance and prevent injury. Rock taping helps create support to the muscles and joints reducing injury but unlike other taping methods it actually improves blood supply to the area speeding healing and improving performance. This is the tape that you see olympic and other elite athletes wearing while they compete.

Testimonials

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I began seeing Dr. Harrison for treatment of my lower back, shoulder pain, fibromyalgia. Previously I had gone to physical therapy, exercise, and taken many medications which were only somewhat helpful, and the drugs didn't help at all. With Dr. Harrison I feel that we've made great progress in relieving most of my symptoms. My fibromyalgia and arthritis seem to be improved, my energy has improving and my fatigue has decreased."
